Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team at Prima Ardelle Associates. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for arranging viewings, communicating with landlords and tenants, and achieving exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and conduct viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication
  • Conduct self-generated valuations to ensure accurate property pricing
  • Meet and exceed targets in a competitive sales environment
  • Agree lets and ensure seamless transaction processes
  • Utilize IT systems to manage property listings and client interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Professional and positive approach to work
