Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team of support staff in primary schools around the Chelmsford area.

Job Description:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with teachers to support the delivery of lessons and provide additional support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and provide additional support to students with special educational needs
  • Work with students who have learning difficulties and provide individualized support to help them achieve their full potential
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of lessons and provide feedback to teachers on student progress
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children in primary schools
  • Experience working with students who have special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
