Higher Level Teaching Assistant - HLTA - Education and Training - Leigh-on-Sea

Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Contract Type: Full-time

Curriculum Delivery: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will lead and deliver lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring the continued progress and engagement of students.

Support and Differentiation: Provide targeted support to individuals and groups of students, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Collaboration: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will work closely with teachers and school leaders to contribute to the planning and development of curriculum activities.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will implement positive behaviour management strategies, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about best practices and educational innovations.

Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a demonstrated ability to lead lessons and support diverse learning needs.

Relevant qualifications or training in education or a related field.
