Visual Merchandising Assistant

Yours Clothing Limited is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual appeal of our stores and ensuring that our brand image is consistently represented across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visual merchandising support to our stores, including monitoring and responding to queries regarding windows, visual merchandising guidelines, graphics, and point-of-sale displays.
  • Organize and update visual merchandising communications and guidelines as directed by the Visual Merchandising Manager.
  • Collaborate with external print suppliers to identify cost-effective graphic solutions, source new suppliers, and negotiate costs when necessary.
  • Offer timely and helpful information to stores regarding visual merchandising and graphics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stores and area managers to support the retail functions of the business.
  • Conduct audits and store graphic requests to ensure stores maintain adequate levels of visual merchandising equipment and graphics.
  • Manage the procurement and supply of graphic and point-of-sale solutions.
  • Plan and organize graphics and point-of-sale displays for new stores.
  • Develop working relationships with key head office functions, such as creative, design, and marketing, to ensure that retail graphics are current and align with the brand direction.
  • Efficiently manage external business relationships.
Requirements:
  • Commitment, drive, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of retail is essential.
  • Good understanding of print processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Maintains brand consistency and integrity across all communication channels.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
