About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Paediatric Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to children and young people
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NMC Registration
  • At least 6 months NHS paediatric experience in the last 3 years
  • Robust clinical knowledge, strong initiative, and an ability to remain calm and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Honesty and integrity, and a caring patient-centred approach
