Detailed Job Description and Main Duties

Candidates should be seasoned, clinically credible, and highly skilled registered nurses.

Candidate Profile Experience Essential Criteria
  • Extensive recent experience at Band 6 in Critical Care.
  • Strong management and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven involvement in change management initiatives.
  • Understanding of capacity and flow management.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience shadowing or acting up at Band 7.
  • Coordination experience.
Qualifications Essential Criteria
  • Registered Nurse (Adult).
  • ENB100/ENB 998 or equivalent mentor qualification.
