Contentious Probate Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our dynamic and highly regarded Legal 500 regional law firm based in the heart of Sussex.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established dispute resolution team as a Contentious Probate Solicitor at either Associate or Partner level.

  • Handle a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and trust disputes.
  • Advise trustees/executors, private banks, individuals, and charities on trust and will/estate disputes.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm, providing leadership and guidance to junior solicitors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in Contentious Trusts and Probate.
  • STEP or ACTAPS qualification is an advantage.
  • Professional, client-focused approach.
  • Good time management and IT skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
