Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers and clients in a polite and respectful manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle daily buyer enquiries, calls, and office visits, utilizing CRM systems to manage interactions.
- Conduct viewings with prospective purchasers, showcasing properties and providing expert advice.
- Negotiate best possible prices for clients, utilizing market knowledge and industry expertise.
- Value small-scale development schemes, effectively marketing and promoting properties for sale.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager, providing progress reports and seeking guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems, chasing applicants and archiving as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, build, legal, and sales departments.
- Stay informed about competing schemes and trends in the local property market.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.
Key Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
- Target-driven individual with a keen desire to learn and grow.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to compile and analyze comparable data, advising clients effectively.
- Confident in dealing with clients and purchasers, building rapport and long-standing relationships.
- Knowledge of the area is desirable.
- Basic experience in new home sales is desirable.
