  • Safely pick items from shelving with a high degree of accuracy to meet customer orders.

  • Pick at a speed that is efficient and meets daily targets set by management.

  • Support with restocking shelves to ensure optimal inventory levels.

  • Assist with goods into the warehouse and the counting of stock.

  • Undertake stock counts weekly to ensure warehouse inventory levels are accurate.

  • Perform general warehouse cleaning duties and organisational work.

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

  • Communicate and motivate the team to achieve high levels of productivity.

  • Understand the principles of the industry and have a good understanding of safety in the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Counterbalance FLT licence.

  • Bendi/Flexi Licence.

  • Self-driven with a positive outlook and a clear focus on providing a high-quality service.

  • IT literate and able to use WMS systems.

  • A good understanding of safety in the workplace.
