Certas Energy UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Preston. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely pick items from shelving with a high degree of accuracy to meet customer orders.
Pick at a speed that is efficient and meets daily targets set by management.
Support with restocking shelves to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Assist with goods into the warehouse and the counting of stock.
Undertake stock counts weekly to ensure warehouse inventory levels are accurate.
Perform general warehouse cleaning duties and organisational work.
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
Communicate and motivate the team to achieve high levels of productivity.
Understand the principles of the industry and have a good understanding of safety in the workplace.
Requirements:
Counterbalance FLT licence.
Bendi/Flexi Licence.
Self-driven with a positive outlook and a clear focus on providing a high-quality service.
IT literate and able to use WMS systems.
A good understanding of safety in the workplace.
