Marketing Manager - Demand Generation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Coventry University Online. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive revenue growth, student recruitment targets, and ODL learner acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated demand generation strategies aligned with overall goals of the CUOL / GrowCo growth strategies and targets.
  • Plan and drive demand generation campaign activity, from execution to analysis, that delivers against lead generation targets.
  • Lead the development of paid media creative, working with internal content teams and briefing external creatives.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, industry dynamics, and build and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners, vendors, and HE sector influencers.
