Administrative Assistant Opportunity in the Construction Industry

£24,000-£25,000 + Training + Progression + Company Bonus

We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team in the construction industry. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for completing pre-tender questionnaires, managing accreditation renewals, and handling quotes and supplier relationships. You will also support estimators, coordinate client events and training, and assist with general administrative tasks.

This role would suit a candidate with a background in administration or office work, looking to start their career within a friendly company who will offer great progression opportunities, training and development as well as a company bonus.

The Role:

  • General administrative tasks
  • Sales Support
  • Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
  • Flexible hours

The Person:

  • Knowledge of Office Suites
  • Background in administration or eager to learn

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete pre-tender questionnaires and manage accreditation renewals
  • Handle quotes and supplier relationships
  • Support estimators and coordinate client events and training
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
