Senior Associate Solicitor - Family Law Opportunity

About the Role

The primary focus of this role will be on matrimonial finances, where your expertise will allow you to effectively manage cases and provide empathetic, client-focused service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of matrimonial finance matters.
  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring the highest standards of service.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring trust and confidence in your handling of sensitive cases.
  • Actively participating in the firm's business development activities to further grow the practice.
  • Leading and mentoring junior members of the team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 years PQE, with significant experience in matrimonial finances.
  • Strong case management skills, with a proven track record in handling complex family law matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients during challenging times.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a commitment to team development.
  • A proactive approach to business development and a keen interest in contributing to the firm's success.
