We are seeking a dedicated part/full time Senior Consultant in Child and Adolescent Psychology to join our dynamic multidisciplinary therapy team. This team is focused on delivering exceptional mental health care and support to both outpatients and inpatient services for children and adolescents dealing with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of clients within our specialized unit for eating disorders, ensuring comprehensive oversight of the psychological services provided. Additionally, the role includes:
1. Managing a select number of outpatient cases.
2. Leading initiatives within our Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Pathway.
Team Collaboration:
As a vital member of our Therapy team, you will engage in evidence-based practices, participate in regular supervision, and benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities. Your contributions will extend to clinical meetings and care planning, where you will provide expert guidance to enhance the overall therapy team's effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and hold a doctorate in clinical psychology. You are expected to bring strong psychological leadership, clinical expertise, and consultation skills to deliver an exemplary psychological service to our clients and multidisciplinary teams.
