Role Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee the comprehensive care and nursing requirements of our residents. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and regularly updating electronic nursing care plans, demonstrating your expertise in this area. You will also supervise the care team, identifying their training and development needs. Your compassionate and nurturing demeanor will enable you to forge meaningful connections with our residents, understanding their preferences and care requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a valid NMC Pin
  • Dispensing and administering prescribed medications while accurately documenting records
  • Managing stock control and ordering of medications and medical supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and legal regulations, including Health and Safety and care standards
