Job Summary

Thomas Sabo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
