About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at The Access Group. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects of all types and sizes involving our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and closely monitor the implementation of project portfolios for external customers and internal projects.
  • Manage and deliver project requirements successfully in line with agreed plans and timescales, while liaising with technical and development teams.
  • Attend weekly project team meetings with customers to report on project progress, discuss risks and issues, and offer mitigation strategies.
  • Chair steering meetings and conference calls with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience implementing and managing large HR and payroll change programs and projects to an organization's software solutions and systems.
  • Project management qualification (PRINCE2 or similar) is desirable.
  • Experience working for a software supplier in a delivery role and customer-facing role.
  • Natural ability for customer relationship building at all levels and influencing an experienced team of implementation consultants.
  • Technical ability and knowledge to understand and document proposed solutions and translate them into a joined-up vision for customers and consultant teams.
  • Pre-sales assistance experience, providing support to new business and account management teams.
