The Role
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our facilities team as a Post Room Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office environment, including the management of post, supplies, and building equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage building stationery supplies and maintain a tidy and organized post room
- Assist with heavy lifting, clearing boxes, and unloading deliveries
- Support with sample sales, showroom setup, and office moves
- Log and track incoming parcels, and clear reception of deliveries
- Perform daily building maintenance checks and address any issues that arise
- Cover for the facilities assistant as needed, including early starts and evening duties
- Provide excellent customer service to contractors and visitors
- Arrange and sort deliveries, including breakfast, biscuits, and fruit
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up according to HR and training requirements
- Process all inbound and outbound packages, including franking and distribution
