Job Summary:

eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for handling a busy and varied caseload of litigated claims on behalf of defendant clients where fraud is suspected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of defendant personal injury claims, including EL and PL cases, as well as some Housing disrepair repair matters.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new client contacts, ensuring excellent client service and communication.
  • Work closely with colleagues on marketing and networking initiatives to promote the firm's services and attract new business.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and provide expert advice to clients on potential claims and defenses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless case management and effective communication with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' PQE in defendant personal injury litigation.
  • Proven track record in defendant EL and PL work, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough investigations and provide expert advice.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
