Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver Transport Driver and Support Specialist to join our team at Suttons Manor, a specialist low secure forensic service for men over 50. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for service users to attend appointments, community leave, and other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport service users to and from appointments, community leave, and other activities in a safe and timely manner
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as painting and decorating, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for service users
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and quality of life of service users through positive interactions and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of first aid and medication management
