We are dedicated to transforming lives by offering personalized, specialist services to each young person we support. Our expertise lies in addressing attachment and early life trauma through various forms of therapeutic support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality, personalized care to children and young people.
- Work as part of a dedicated team to support and enhance the lives of those in our care.
- Utilize knowledge and techniques to address attachment and early life trauma.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all residents.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with EBD and complex needs.
- A passionate and caring nature, with a strong commitment to improving the lives of young people.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
