SHEQ Advisor

We are partnering with a specialist manufacturing business in Sheffield to find a skilled SHEQ Advisor to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the QA and SHE functions in the Sheffield factory and offices, ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and audit quality, health, and safety management systems in accordance with ISO standards.
- Develop and implement internal audit schedules to ensure timely close-out of non-conformances.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to QA standards and SHE systems.
- Set and maintain customer quality shipping standards.
- Support problem-solving and root cause analysis for quality concerns and defects.
- Monitor customer complaints and implement improvements.
- Maintain calibration of essential checking and measuring equipment.
- Assist in accident and near-miss investigations.
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Working knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, and 45001
- Strong communication skills
