About the Role

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a specialist manufacturing business in Sheffield to find a SHEQ Advisor to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the QA and SHE functions in the Sheffield factory and offices, ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and audit quality, health, and safety management systems in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Develop and implement an internal audit schedule to ensure timely close-out of non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to QA standards and SHE systems.
  • Set and maintain customer quality shipping standards.
  • Support problem-solving and root cause analysis for quality concerns and defects.
  • Monitor customer complaints and implement improvements.
  • Maintain calibration of essential checking and measuring equipment.
  • Assist in accident and near-miss investigations.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Certificate
  • Working knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, and 45001
  • Strong communication skills
