Lead Veterinary Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic veterinary team in London. This role offers the chance to work in a thriving practice with a supportive team and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily patient flow and optimize the care pathway from admission to discharge, working closely with the Head Vet.
  • Nurse consultations, inpatient care, anaesthesia, and assisting with procedures.
  • Mentor a Student Veterinary Nurse, requiring a Clinical Coach qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
Requirements:
  • Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Highly organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working autonomously in a small but busy practice.
