Veterinary Nurse Leader

GVC is proud to offer recruitment support for an expanding veterinary practice in South London, seeking a full-time senior veterinary nurse to contribute to the operational aspects of the clinic and take on a leadership role.
The practice is well-equipped with modern tools and a diverse caseload, including work with two orthopedic vets. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced nurse interested in being actively involved in the daily operations of the clinic, including non-clinical responsibilities such as developing SOPs, managing rotas, and overseeing CPD training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the nursing team and contribute to the operational aspects of the clinic
- Develop and implement SOPs, manage rotas, and oversee CPD training
- Work closely with the veterinary team to provide high-quality patient care
- Participate in clinical coaching and team coordination
Requirements:
- Relevant veterinary qualification from an accredited university
- Up-to-date CPD and relevant language skills
- Licensed to provide veterinary care in the UK
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of £32,000 - £38,000
- RCVS and VDS fees paid
