Why You'll Appreciate This Role:
In the capacity of a Technical Production Warehouse Operative, you will work both independently and collaboratively to onboard, manage, maintain, and accurately report stock levels of our Technical Production and Hire Equipment. This role is suited for individuals with a robust technical background and a comprehensive understanding of audio-visual equipment.

Your responsibilities will encompass:
1. Preparing jobs and equipment within the warehouse.
2. De-preparing jobs upon their return to the warehouse.
3. Ensuring all stock controls are current.
4. Onboarding stock and assets into the system.
5. Updating the system with findings and stock adjustments.
6. Reporting shortages, damages, and discrepancies, amending them in the system.
7. Coordinating repairs or replacements of assets.
8. Investigating discrepancies within a 24-hour timeframe.
9. Planning, managing, and overseeing technical and scenic installations at events, ensuring their implementation and safe removal.
10. Managing onsite delivery of technical power, lighting, and sound.
11. Flexibility to adjust shifts as needed and participate in weekend stock counts when required.
12. Assisting with general warehouse tasks as necessary.
13. Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
14. Ensuring efficient storage of technical production equipment.
15. Conducting assessments and maintenance of technical production equipment, updating service records.
16. Performing PAT testing.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in warehousing and/or stock control.
- Understanding of technical production, including lighting, power, and sound.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Proactive in enhancing current procedures.
- Proficient in various computer platforms (experience with Google Suite and/or Current RMS is advantageous).
- A solution-oriented mindset with a 'can do' attitude.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Reliability and dependability.
- Full driving license.
- Capability to perform basic repairs on equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals for equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Plant tickets (Forklift, picker, telehandler).
- BS7909 qualification.
- Familiarity with Current RMS.
- Knowledge of Chamsys and L Acoustics Network Manager.
- Relevant industry qualifications (plant tickets, health and safety, first aid, etc.).
