You'll work closely with young people and their families to ensure smooth, effective transitions, contributing to the development of this vital service.

Key Responsibilities:

About You

We are seeking a qualified social worker (CQSW/CSS or DipSW) with current registration with Social Work England (SWE) and an enhanced DBS.

You will bring extensive experience in social care, ideally within a local authority, and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in supporting young people with multiple service needs.

You will possess excellent leadership skills, demonstrated through previous experience managing or supervising staff, and the ability to motivate and foster a strong team spirit.
