About the Role

Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) is investing in cutting-edge LTE services to enhance its national capabilities for immersive and interactive training. We are seeking talented Digital LTE Specialists to contribute to this exciting initiative.

As a Digital LTE Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing innovative digital products and events that support Counter Terrorism Policing's mission. You will work closely with senior leadership, national leads, and multi-agency partners to design, create, and deliver impactful training experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop immersive and interactive digital exercises that test operational plans, processes, and e-learning training products, utilizing a hybrid approach where appropriate.
  • Design and coordinate innovative events showcasing Digital LTE products, such as major incident exercises, national CT training courses, and national operational debriefs.
  • Conduct briefings and lead planning meetings at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, ensuring alignment with the objectives of Digital LTE products and events.
  • Coordinate the involvement of CTP functions or external partners to support the successful execution of strategic objectives.
  • Manage and facilitate Digital LTE events, providing real-time technical, environmental, logistical, and welfare support to ensure event success.
  • Explore emerging technologies, immersive delivery methods (virtual, augmented, or simulated), and potential collaboration opportunities. Regularly brief senior leadership on these opportunities, including associated costs and benefits.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to regionally based LTE teams for the regional delivery of Digital LTE events.
