Key Responsibilities

  • Respond swiftly to requests from guests and various departments, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Identify and report maintenance needs in public spaces and guest rooms, while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Deliver guest requests and arrange furniture in guest rooms as needed.
  • Manage the removal of items from hallways and transport them to designated service areas, including waste and room service items.
  • Maintain and clean all housekeeping equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
  • Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, anticipating their needs and providing assistance as required.
  • Utilize clear and professional communication with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Support team objectives and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 55 pounds independently, and more with assistance.
  • Capability to maneuver a housekeeping cart and other equipment over varied surfaces.
  • Physical agility to perform tasks that include bending, twisting, and reaching.
  • Willingness to work in confined spaces and on ladders as necessary.
  • Endurance to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
