Financial Accounting Manager

NET Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Manager to join our team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading a team of transactional finance and accounting professionals, promoting their personal and professional development, and ensuring that work is handled appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the group consolidation process and ensure the required level of insight and requisite controls are in place.
- Develop internal accounting systems and processes and drive continuous improvements.
- Play a pivotal role in harmonising accounting processes with new acquisitions.
- Design, implement, and maintain an internal financial audit and compliance program.
- Support ongoing financial planning and analysis activities.
- Report to and support the Finance Director.
- Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with a strong desire to progress their career in a fast-paced and dynamic business.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across the business and in multiple locations.
- Strong systems skills and a keen eye for process.
- A starting basic salary of up to £60,000.
