Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Accommodation Team Leader to join our team at AD WARRIOR. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including GPs, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Manage sleep-in sessions and on-call rotas, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or be willing to work towards this qualification.
  • Have experience in a care leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to manage sleep-in sessions and on-call rotas, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
