About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Adult Care team in Llandudno. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our services, supporting our staff team, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our service users.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the staff team to deliver high-quality care and support services
  2. Overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, including managing rotas and ensuring adequate staffing levels
  3. Working closely with our service users, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  4. Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
  5. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our services and making recommendations for improvement

We are looking for someone with a strong background in health and social care, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care services. If you have a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification, we would love to hear from you.
