What will your role entail?

Our Software Engineers possess a deep understanding of technology and its intersection with the users who rely on it daily. Innovation is at the heart of our mission to create a more powerful, personalized, and fulfilling experience for our customers.

As a Software Engineer in GMST, you will design scalable solutions that can be delivered iteratively to maximize business value, focusing on the core features and functionalities of card transaction systems on our cloud-based distributed platform. You will actively engage in agile teams, utilizing the latest development methodologies, writing code and unit tests, and collaborating with API specifications and automation. You will also provide technical guidance to fellow engineers, fostering their development within the team. GMST Engineers leverage Java Technologies to drive innovation while exploring opportunities to integrate new technologies.

Required Qualifications:

A degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline. Extensive hands-on experience in application architecture/design, software development, and testing, ideally in an Agile setting. At least 10 years of proven experience with Java, React, Vert.x, Spring, Spark, Postgres, Ignite, Restful APIs, Redis, and Kafka. Strong engineering and leadership capabilities. Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and partner across multiple engineering teams.
