Capula, a leader in advanced system integration, is seeking a Production Scheduler to join our Production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring project manufacturing and test requirements are identified and planned, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various business areas to ensure seamless planning coordination and achieve delivery targets
  • Update the production schedule regularly to ensure resource and production capacity availability
  • Maintain the electronic production status page, tracking project progress for the wider business
  • Conduct regular meetings with project managers and support teams to review progress and assess required availability of parts delivery
  • Work with the Stores team to monitor and maintain consignment stock levels in line with production demand
  • Compile and record necessary data for Management monthly reports
  • Archive project build data for learning from experience
Requirements
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to develop and nurture working relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with advanced skills in conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, IF statements, and pivot tables
  • Proactive and reactive approach to ensure all planning, scheduling, and reactivity to issues are well-managed
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexible approach to adapt to changing requirements at short notice
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with clear and concise communications with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on challenges, find solutions, and cooperate with others
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional, accountable, proactive, and helpful attitude
  • Ability to give and receive feedback constructively and negotiate with colleagues harmoniously
