Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential production bottlenecks
  • Monitor and update production status pages to provide real-time visibility of project progress
  • Conduct regular meetings with project managers and support teams to review progress and address any issues
  • Work with the Stores team to maintain consignment stock levels and ensure efficient material delivery
  • Compile and record necessary data for management reports and facilitate learning from experience

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and nurture working relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with advanced skills in conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
