Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bank ODP/Staff Nurse to join our Theatre team at New Hall Hospital in Salisbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of theatre equipment and supplies
- Provide clinical support to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with the theatre team to ensure efficient and safe operating practices
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and theatre activities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and theatre services
Requirements
- ODP level 3 qualification
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards and guidelines
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Sound computer skills and knowledge
- Registered member with the HCP
