About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and positive individual to join our Theatre team at New Hall Hospital. As a Bank Operating Department Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality of care in our Theatre department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in driving sustainable excellence in the safety and quality of care and services.
- Support the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against required standards, identifying risks to quality of care and services, and planning, recommending, and implementing changes for continuous improvement.
- Develop excellent working relationships with staff members, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- ODP level 3
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Sound computer skills and knowledge
- A registered member with the HCP
