Quality Service Recruitment is seeking experienced Care Assistants to provide exceptional weekend care within a welcoming care home in Bolsover.

As part of a dedicated team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of up to 24 residents. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and promoting their physical and mental health.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate support to residents with their daily routines and personal needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and stimulating environment through engaging activities and social interaction.
  • Assist with moving and handling tasks, utilizing equipment such as hoists, slings, stand aids, and rotundas.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 months paid experience working in a care home or nursing home setting.
  • Proven proficiency in using moving and handling equipment.
  • In-date mandatory training certificates, including practical moving and handling training.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 4 months or registered on the update service.
  • Ability to provide two years of professional references, including one from your most recent employer.
