Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic support to students in a Year 2 class, working closely with the class teacher to deliver lessons and support children with their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, delivery, and assessment
- Provide one-to-one support to students with their reading and other academic needs
- Work with small groups of students to support their learning and development
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Education to degree level
- Strong academic background and a 2:2 or above
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
- Minimum of a C in GCSE Maths and English
