Production Operative

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team in the manufacturing of high-quality storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in your work.
  • Operate air/powered hand tools and work with the manufacture of aluminium products.
  • Adhere to all health and safety processes and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Prepare materials, assemble, apply final finishes, and pack products to ensure quality is maintained.
  • Read and comprehend manufacturing drawings with an understanding of the job file system.
  • Assist with installations and recertifications on-site as required by your manager.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks as deemed necessary by your manager.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.
  • Consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
  • Good communication skills within the team.
  • Knowledge of using CNC machinery & power tools is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
