- Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity levels, and meet business objectives across all shifts.
- Support and lead your team, handle administrative tasks, and build a strong team culture.
- Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and enhance customer service.
- Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your days will include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks like individual escalations, process improvement work, and wide-scale operational contingency planning.
Our teams, including Customer Fulfilment, Amazon Transportation Service, and Amazon Logistics, work together to ensure fast and efficient delivery of products to our customers. You will be part of a dynamic team that uses data analysis and expertise to get packages to their destination quickly, conveniently, and sustainably.
Requirements:We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree (or working towards one) and advanced proficiency in written and verbal English. Relevant experience in data analysis and communication with stakeholders is also essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in a logistical working environment, working with the MS Office suite, and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
