We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers across the region.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is organized, punctual, and has excellent customer service skills. You will be required to work independently, using your own initiative to manage your delivery route and ensure that all mail and parcels are delivered to the correct addresses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers across the region
  • Manage your delivery route and ensure that all mail and parcels are delivered to the correct addresses
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to manage your delivery route

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. You will also receive overtime pay at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, as well as 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata). We also offer a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates, and lots of opportunity to develop a career, including our trainee manager roles and Apprentice Schemes.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
  • Strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
