Our unique structure as a one-practice PCN enables us to provide a fully integrated and co-located service, including Paramedic Practitioners, Practice Community Matron, Mental Health Practitioners, Pharmacists, Social Prescriber, Health & Wellbeing Coach, and Specialist HCPs working in Primary Care.

Job Responsibilities

As a General Practitioner, you will manage a caseload and provide a wide range of health services to patients, ensuring the highest standards of care. Your duties will include:

  • Conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations
  • Responding to e-consultations
  • Providing urgent patient appointments
  • Issuing prescriptions
  • Making home visits
  • Triage and medical reporting
  • Associated administration and correspondence
