Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and inspiring CEO to lead our organization's growth and innovation. As a strategic leader, you will oversee our operations, drive business development, and ensure long-term sustainability. You will be responsible for leading a team of over 100 staff and 50 volunteers, serving a community of nearly 70 students.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation
- Lead a team of staff and volunteers to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee operations, including finance, HR, and marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and the community
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Ofsted and CQC
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful strategic leadership in the nonprofit or education sector
- Experience in capital campaigns and major fundraising initiatives
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
