About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Innovation Manager to join our team at Blue Spark Organisation Ltd. As a key member of our culinary excellence team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in our product portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Culinary Excellence, you will work closely with our co-manufacturers to develop and launch new products, from concept to production. Your expertise in process development and manufacturing will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of new production lines and the launch of new products.

You will also be responsible for working closely with our culinary team to develop and review new product concepts, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, taste, and cost-effectiveness. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will be essential in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including key clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new product concepts, from concept to production
  • Work closely with co-manufacturers to ensure successful implementation of new production lines
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and review new product concepts
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including key clients and suppliers
  • Ensure new products meet our high standards of quality, taste, and cost-effectiveness
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Innovation Manager with a strong background in food science and manufacturing. You will have a degree in food science or a related field and extensive experience in product development and manufacturing. Your excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, will be essential in this role.

You will also have experience working with 3rd party suppliers, onboarding and nurturing partnerships to ensure successful launches. Your ability to anticipate hurdles and find solutions with suppliers will be crucial in this role.
