Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our European Credit Desk Strategy team. This role involves a deep dive into credit analysis, particularly focusing on European Utilities and Oil & Gas sectors, with opportunities to expand into additional areas as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth credit evaluations for European Utilities and Oil & Gas, potentially expanding coverage to other sectors.
- Formulate investment perspectives and perform relative value assessments to support our corporate credit traders and external clients.
- Stay abreast of market trends and modify investment strategies accordingly.
- Articulate investment strategies to clients through presentations, meetings, and roadshows.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 6 years' experience as a Credit Analyst, either on the buy-side or sell-side, with a proven ability to generate trade ideas and a solid research methodology.
- While the primary focus will be on European Utilities and Oil & Gas, flexibility to cover additional sectors is essential.
- Produce and disseminate trade recommendation reports and presentations that encapsulate investment insights and sector dynamics.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or French is advantageous.
