IRIS-Networx Services is seeking a skilled Repairs Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Repairs Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients by actively listening to and understanding their repair needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair Coordination: Utilize your knowledge of housing repairs to respond to customer inquiries and diagnose repair issues, assigning them to the appropriate contractor for action.
- Customer Communication: Advise customers of their repair-related responsibilities, ensuring that the correct recharges are applied and managing customer expectations effectively.
- Service Delivery: Meet set targets and standards for the service, including timescales for answering calls, responding to written communication, and completing repairs, working in partnership with our outsource partner.
- Customer Feedback and Complaints: Manage and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner, as well as manage complaints sensitively and effectively to satisfactory resolution.
- IT System Management: Raise works orders and appointments using our IT systems, ensuring that the correct codes, priorities, and timescales are allocated in line with our repair guidelines.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience of working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to apply sound judgment and common sense to resolve customer queries.
- Conflict Resolution: Experience of dealing with customer complaints or managing conflict effectively.
- Communication Skills: High standard of written and oral communication and the ability to interact with a wide range of customers.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, accurate, and speed with a high standard of attention to detail.
- Maths and English: GCSE Grade 4 and above / Grade C and above.
