Job Title: Finance Business Partner - Commercial

Redgate Software is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial expertise and analysis to support our business growth and decision-making processes.

About the Role:

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for building and maintaining office-level P&Ls, analyzing sales performance, and providing financial insights to support business strategy. You will work closely with our Sales Division to understand commercial positioning and provide critical analysis to inform strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support commercial strategy and business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales and Commercial teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:
  • Relevant financial or accounting qualification (e.g. CFA, ACA, CIMA etc.)
  • Strong core business skills, including influencing and stakeholder management
  • Ability to understand commercial positioning and provide financial insights to support business strategy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and prioritize tasks

  • Competitive salary range £65k-£70k, depending on experience
  • Flexible working arrangements, including at least 1 day/week in the office (Cambridge HQ)
