Urban Designer Opportunity

Join a prestigious team as an Urban Designer, contributing to innovative residential projects.

With over four decades of experience and a workforce exceeding 60 professionals, our client has achieved remarkable success in large-scale residential and retirement developments. Their award-winning team comprises urban designers, architects, technologists, graphic designers, and sustainability consultants, recognized with accolades such as the "Housing Design Award" and "Design Quality Award".

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging in diverse masterplans and urban design initiatives, including outline applications and design codes.
  • Creating and supervising essential supporting drawings.
  • Managing and supporting small to medium-sized projects effectively.
  • Contributing significantly to the execution of extensive strategic masterplans.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a UK-based architectural or urban design firm, focusing on residential and mixed-use developments.
  • A postgraduate degree in urban design, preferably with an architectural background; other relevant qualifications will be considered based on portfolio and experience.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional creative design and graphic capabilities.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and experience with UK-based projects is required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £50,000, depending on experience.
