Als Bereichsleiter bei Amazon übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein großes und vielfältiges Team. Deine Aufgabe besteht darin, sicherzustellen, dass dein Geschäftsbereich stets mit der Nachfrage Schritt hält. Du wirst dich mit den komplexen Betriebsabläufen eines globalen Unternehmens vertraut machen und lernen, was erforderlich ist, damit alles reibungslos abläuft.

Hauptherausforderungen
  1. Förderung einer Kultur der Sicherheit und des Wohlbefindens
  2. Analyse und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen, um beständig hohe Qualität und Produktivität sicherzustellen
  3. Unterstützung und Führung eines Teams sowie Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben
  4. Analyse der Leistung und Vorschläge für Prozessverbesserungen
  5. Kollaboration mit anderen Managerinnen zur Standardisierung von Schichtprozessen
Ein Tag in der Arbeit

Als Bereichsleiter arbeitest du in unterschiedlichen Schichten an einem unserer Betriebsstandorte. Du konzentrierst dich auf das Einhalten der Sicherheitsstandards durch dein Team und überwachst die Prozesseffizienz. Prioritäten sind das routinemäßige Teammanagement und tägliche Betriebsaktivitäten.

Als wichtiger Teil des Betriebsteams arbeitest du mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus anderen Teams sowie externen Partnern zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass wir die Anforderungen unserer Kunden erfüllen.

Über das Team

Das Customer Fulfillment Team ist das Herzstück von Amazons dynamischem Betriebsnetz. Wir arbeiten in Fulfillment-Centern, die als die erste Meile bezeichnet werden, da hier die meisten Amazon-Pakete ihren Versandweg starten. Wir unterstützen die Verwaltung eines dynamischen Bestands und ermöglichen schnelle Zustellungen rund um die Uhr.

Unser Team ist vielfältig und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Menschen mit verschiedenen Fähigkeiten. Wir arbeiten mit physischen Produkten, analysieren Daten und helfen unternehmensweit dabei, intelligente Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Anforderungen
  1. Bachelor-Abschluss oder kurz vor Abschluss eines Bachelor-Studiengangs
  2. Fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  3. Relevante Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Datenanalysen
  4. Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  5. Erfahrung in einer Logistikumgebung
  6. Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit MS Office im beruflichen Umfeld
