**IT Support Coordinator Role at 2plan Wealth Management Ltd**

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Coordinator to join our dynamic IT team at 2plan Wealth Management Ltd. As an IT Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional 1st and 2nd line support across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line support to our staff and advisers.
  • Ensure all operational IT equipment is correctly configured and functioning.
  • Manage digital assets and ensure reliable backup solutions for advisers.
  • Efficiently handle support ticket work queues.
  • Proactively manage issues and risks, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party software vendors for support issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in 1st line technical support or helpdesk.
  • Knowledgeable in IT hardware and software configurations.

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Windows Family, Active Directory, System Monitoring tools, Office 365 Suite, Asigra Backup software.
  • Microsoft SQL Administration, Microsoft Azure, Batch processes.
